Something that I have had a recent affair with, and that is coffees. I can’t stomach black coffee, so I always go for something more blended, of course. Since I’m a health freak, though, I try to make it the least fat-infused as possible, except when it comes to my one temptation: whipped cream. My regular coffee consists of: -1-2 c. Silk Pure Almond vanilla almond milk.-3 tsp. Kraft Cool Whip Lite.-two pinches of cinnamon.-4-5 tsp. Hills Bros.® Skinny Latte Drink Mix
